DAS Academy – Parent & Player Rules & Regulations (2025–26)
Updated on: 8/25/2025

1. Registration & Fees

All fees must be paid in full before the start of the season, unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Refund Policy:

Full refund (minus admin fee) if withdrawal is requested before the first session.

50% refund if withdrawal is within the first two weeks of the season.

No refunds will be issued after the second week, except for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

Missed practices or games due to vacation, illness, or personal conflicts are non-refundable.

2. Attendance & Commitment

Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events.

Parents should notify coaches in advance if a player cannot attend.

Consistent absences may affect playing time in games.

3. Player Development Philosophy

DAS Academy prioritizes long-term development over short-term results. All players will get opportunities to play, but game time may vary based on effort, attendance, and readiness.

Parents are encouraged to support their child’s development by reinforcing Academy values: discipline, respect, and teamwork.

4. Conduct & Sideline Behavior

Parents must model respect toward referees, coaches, players, and other parents.

Negative comments, coaching from the sidelines, or confrontations will not be tolerated.

Any abusive behavior may result in removal from the Academy program.

5. Communication

Team updates, schedules, and announcements will be shared through our official channels (WhatsApp, email, or team app).

Parents are encouraged to direct all concerns to team staff privately—not during games or in front of players.

6. Safety & Equipment

Players must wear proper soccer attire, shin guards, and indoor/outdoor footwear as required.

Parents are responsible for ensuring players bring water and arrive prepared for training and games.

7. Academy Progression

Our pathway builds from U8 to U12 grassroots teams, with plans to expand into an i-model team for advanced progression. Selection for competitive teams is based on performance, commitment, and development—not solely results.
