DAS Academy is recruiting 2014, 2015, and 2016-born players for a long-term development program designed to prepare athletes for progression into iModel-level competition in the following seasons. These groups are built as foundation years, focused on developing technical quality, game understanding, physical habits, and the mentality required to succeed at higher levels. Our goal is not simply to move players up, but to ensure they are truly ready when they take the next step.
 

At DAS, we train with high standards and no shortcuts. Sessions are game-real, high intensity, and focused on building confident players under pressure. Players receive real coaching, clear feedback, and are developed as individuals within a team environment. This pathway is for families who value long-term growth over short-term results and want a serious development environment that prepares players for higher competition.
